DESCRIPTION
This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes related to providing catering services for the AY26 NSS-REP/NSS-DEP events hosted by the USAWC Commandant. The contract will require the selected contractor to furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for lunch and dinner catering services at various venues. These venues include Root Hall (Lecture Halls East/West common area) for lunch on June 1 and June 2, 2025, LeTort View Community Center for dinner on June 1, 2026, and the Army Heritage and Education Center (AHEC) for lunch on June 3, 2026, for NSS-REP; and similar requirements on June 22-24, 2026, for NSS-DEP.
Interested firms are requested to provide company information, small business status, prior relevant experience, and identify their intended method of competition. Respondents are also asked to supply details on the commercial availability of the services, pricing, delivery schedules, and suggestions to improve the acquisition process and foster competition.
This is not a formal solicitation and does not obligate the government to procure any services at this time. The information provided will help determine capability and inform potential future procurement strategies.
