DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide data solutions supporting comprehensive background screenings of applicants. The solution must include a web-based interface accessible by authorized agency personnel via username and password-protected access.
The interface should be compatible with Microsoft Windows devices running at least Windows 10 and must support the latest versions of major web browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. The system is required to ensure a minimum of 99% uptime and be available 24/7 year-round, allowing no more than 1% downtime. The project contract period will span three years.
