DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide a data removal and privacy protection platform to reduce the risks associated with exposure of sensitive information on data broker websites, search engines, social platforms, and other public sources. The platform must leverage advanced monitoring technologies and specialized human expertise to proactively reduce digital exposure and address evolving online threats—including harassment, impersonation, doxxing, and other targeted risks.

Key requirements include continuous web scanning for organizational and personal data, ongoing refinement of data removal techniques, and a high success rate in takedown efforts. The platform should feature dashboards for visibility into exposure levels, removal status, and mitigation progress, as well as detailed, real-time or near-real-time reporting for both individual users and administrators. Manual review and direct engagement with data brokers and site operators, search engine audit capabilities, and verification of takedowns are also necessary.

Additional features include robust administrative controls, delegated access management, multi-tenant architecture for organizational user partitioning, user account management, and direct reporting on data broker removals and system membership. The ideal solution must demonstrate proven adaptability to changing digital threats and data broker practices, and be supported by market-leading technology and privacy expertise.
