DESCRIPTION
The project seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive data migration services, focusing on migrating CAREWare client data from one data system to another. The migration initiative is designed to facilitate tracking of service category data and client information supporting various program contracts.
Vendors will be responsible for configuring a production CAREWare instance on the Amazon Web Services platform, aggregating substantial volumes of client-level data from multiple external sources, and enabling information analytics, visualization, and data analysis. The selected software solution should allow for data consolidation, validation, reformatting, assessment, and sharing prior to reporting to funding partners. Additionally, the vendor must handle database mapping and ensure updates to the content of electronic documents and website information throughout the contract period.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 22, 2026. The contract term will extend for one year.
