DESCRIPTION

A California agency is seeking a vendor to provide a fully hosted, integrated data warehouse and business intelligence (BI)/analytics platform. The solution must support the storage and integration of data from multiple sources and enable the creation and dissemination of reports and dashboards at various organizational levels. The data warehouse will support tracking of student and staff information, including assessment results, academic performance, demographics, attendance, program participation, behavior, interventions, and student plans.

The platform must offer multi-level security, user authentication via active directory, and support both Windows and Mac environments. It should allow technical staff to connect using industry-standard tools and languages and implement data quality checks specific to the agency. Reporting needs include the ability to create static and dynamic reports, with drill-down features based on access levels. Additionally, the provider must deliver training on metric design and troubleshooting, support on-demand and real-time data refreshing, ensure regular updates for data integration to match state and national layouts, and offer ongoing technical support for new metrics and integrations. The initial contract period is one year.
