SUMMARY

New Brunswick seeks a data center infrastructure management solution covering full life–cycle asset tracking, visualization, power monitoring, capacity planning, and technical support.

DESCRIPTION

New Brunswick is seeking a comprehensive data center infrastructure management solution capable of supporting full life-cycle asset tracking, visualization, power monitoring, capacity planning, and robust technical support.

The desired solution must provide life-cycle management for all data center assets, including environmental probes, power systems, network equipment, and cabinets. It should allow for the tracking and management of these components, support more than 40 predefined data fields with unlimited customization, and offer visual tools to facilitate the placement and movement of assets between locations. Advanced data visualization is required, including accurate equipment modeling with layered floor plans, management of the complete cabling infrastructure, real-time visualizations for circuits and cabling, and metrics to assess cable paths and tray designs.

For power chain management, the solution must support utility providers, UPS systems, PDU outlets, and similar components while enabling 3-phase power monitoring and oversight of circuit breakers and fuses. Capacity planning capabilities should deliver clear visibility into power, network, cooling, and space resources, resource forecasting, installation conflict detection, and automated reconciliation of planned versus actual resource states.

The vendor is also expected to provide enterprise-class technical support, with a minimum coverage of 8x5 and at least 10 support hours per month. Preference will be given to those offering support Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AST, along with defined escalation paths and service level agreements to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
