A client in Nebraska is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and maintain a secure and user-friendly data bank platform. The solution must ensure robust security and efficient management of participant data, with features such as an intuitive user dashboard where participants can view their CI scores, monitor payment statuses, and review historical data.

The platform should include automated payment integration, allowing timely incentive payments once CI scores are verified. It must support seamless API integration with third-party vendors uploading CI scores, including verifying vendor authorization and standardizing data formats for efficient data intake. Additionally, the platform is to be integrated with banking and digital payment systems—such as ACH, digital wallets, or direct deposit—to ensure accurate and prompt disbursement of payments.

Prior to launch, the vendor will thoroughly test the system for functionality, scalability, security, and usability. Comprehensive training materials, user manuals, and video tutorials must be developed for both participants and third-party providers.
