DESCRIPTION
A Texas agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive data analytics platform. The platform must support location-based analytics and offer detailed traffic and visitation insights, reporting on visitor patterns, trade areas, audience behavior, and community demographics.
Essential capabilities include visitor counting, identification of points of interest (POI), mapping of visitor journeys, demographic segmentation, customer profiling, property information management, and analysis functionalities such as sales data tracking, area and void analyses, and site selection tools. The solution should feature user-friendly dashboards for interpreting and monitoring visitor activity, and generate visual heat maps.
