The State of New York is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive data analytics, data warehousing, and analytic solutions, including both system maintenance and the development of new capabilities. The selected vendor will provide a lead data warehouse developer to collaborate with staff in maintaining existing processes and systems, supporting the integration of new data sources, and transforming, combining, and loading data into the infrastructure. Responsibilities include acquiring data from various sources, including cloud services, utilizing secure transfer protocols, and maintaining and developing PL/SQL code to support ongoing data analytics initiatives.
The vendor will serve as a database architect, reviewing the current data analytics infrastructure and advising on effective future structures. Technical support will be required for backend data integrations with front-end tools such as Tableau, leveraging existing technologies like Attonito Compose to support ETL processes. Tasks also encompass converting processes from Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) to Attonito Compose, developing new processes for integrating additional datasets, and sustaining SQL and PL/SQL for the PARIS Application. The scope further includes maintaining, converting, and developing BI Publisher Reports for PARIS and conducting database modeling in both OLTP and OLAP environments for applications like the First NY Data Warehouse.
The contract will extend for a period of five years. Interested parties must submit any questions by December 9, 2025.
