SUMMARY

DARPA seeks an enterprise-wide low-code application platform to unify workflows, automate processes, and support multiple security environments for internal and external users.

DESCRIPTION

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is seeking an enterprise-wide, generic low-code application platform to unify organizational workflows, automate business processes, and consolidate legacy systems. The desired platform will support process automation and live data integration across four independent environments: a publicly accessible unclassified environment, a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) environment, and two disconnected classified environments. These systems must accommodate approximately 2,200 internal users as well as external public-facing interactions.

This platform must provide a flexible solution adaptable to a comprehensive range of workflows, supporting employee lifecycle management, contract administration, program tracking, records management, data creation and training for AI, IT request handling, general task management, and other evolving needs. The solution must include fine-grained, attribute-based access controls for CRUD operations, and robust auditing features accessible to DARPA cybersecurity staff and service providers.

DARPA is seeking a single vendor to provide, implement, and support this platform over a five-year period, which will include two years for implementation, followed by ongoing licensing. Interested firms must already offer platforms supporting the specified deployment models and security environments, with existing authorizations for unclassified and CUI SaaS environments and classified, disconnected on-premise options.
