KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to provide Darktrace Network Intrusion Prevention and Detection Systems (IPS/IDS) subscription renewals
Must be able to provide Microsoft 365 SaaS DETECT and RESPOND subscription renewals

DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide a renewal service for Darktrace subscriptions, ensuring enterprise-wide, AI-driven monitoring, detection, and response capabilities throughout the MTS network environment. The Darktrace IPS/IDS platform must deliver continuous learning of standard network and system behavior, allowing for detection of anomalous or potentially malicious activity.

Key requirements include identification of novel, zero-day, and insider threats beyond the reach of signature-based tools, unified protection across all network infrastructure, connected devices, email, and IoT systems, and autonomous, real-time threat mitigation using pre-configured response controls. The provider should also enable automated and assisted incident investigation workflows to accelerate analysis and response, and help expand ISI staff capabilities via prioritization and automation of threat intelligence.

Vendors must submit all questions regarding this RFP by May 5, 2026, and the selected contract period is set for five years.
