A government authority in New Brunswick requires a vendor to provide regular and after-hours support services for Dynamics 365 (D365). The scope includes solution enhancements, support, requirements analysis, future functional design, data migration, environment provisioning, release orchestration, and regression planning. Vendors will be expected to handle commerce-specific work such as point-of-sale (POS), headquarter (HQ), and channel configurations.
The contract also covers Power Platform development and support, integration services across D365 Finance & Operations, D365 Commerce, external systems, and the Power Platform. Vendors must be able to maintain and develop APIs, data entities, batch jobs, message queues, and middleware, and provide e-commerce solution support.
Structured after-hours coverage is essential for urgent or business-critical issues, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and stabilization. Vendors must be capable of emergency troubleshooting of D365 modules and integrations, especially the Store Commerce POS solution. The contract is offered for a three-year term, with a question deadline set for March 16, 2026.
