The government authority in San Diego, California is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive cyberspace science, research, engineering, and technology integration system. The selected provider will be responsible for implementing secure development practices that integrate cybersecurity at every phase of the software development lifecycle, applying DevSecOps principles to ensure a continuous security posture and resilience against evolving cyber threats during development, deployment, and operations.
Key responsibilities include delivering systems engineering and integration support aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of cyberspace operations, including enabling systems, services, and functions, alongside maintaining robust configuration management to ensure integrity, consistency, and traceability throughout all system lifecycle phases. The scope also covers supporting cyberspace intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) for space operations, conducting analytical and engineering tasks to develop new initiatives for emerging cyberspace operation requirements, and providing operational support for technical and programmatic oversight.
Additionally, the vendor will support the planning and execution of cyberspace operations, experiments, exercises, and other related events. Interested parties must submit any questions regarding the RFP by April 6, 2026.
