DESCRIPTION


The government authority in San Diego, California is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive cyberspace science, research, engineering, and technology integration system. The selected provider will be responsible for implementing secure development practices that integrate cybersecurity at every phase of the software development lifecycle, applying DevSecOps principles to ensure a continuous security posture and resilience against evolving cyber threats during development, deployment, and operations.

Key responsibilities include delivering systems engineering and integration support aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of cyberspace operations, including enabling systems, services, and functions, alongside maintaining robust configuration management to ensure integrity, consistency, and traceability throughout all system lifecycle phases.
