The government authority in California is seeking vendors to provide cyberspace science, research, engineering, and technology integration services. The scope of work encompasses the examination of architecture, engineering, functionality, interface, and interoperability of Cyberspace Operations systems and capabilities at tactical, operational, and strategic levels, including all enabling technologies.
Services required include the design and construction of operational exercises, operations and requirements analysis, concept formulation and development, feasibility demonstrations, and ongoing operational and technical support. The project also covers the analysis and engineering of operational, functional, and system requirements to establish architecture at national, theatre, and force levels.
These requirements will inform engineering plans, interface and system specifications and definitions, and implementation activities, including the acquisition of hardware for turnkey systems.
