DESCRIPTION
A three-year contract is available for a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive cybersecurity solutions in Illinois. The vendor will supply both software and hardware components, along with 24/7 monitoring services, aimed at enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture through Extended Managed Detection and Response (XMDR) and continuous Security Operations Center (SOC) support.
Key deliverables include cybersecurity software tools such as eSentire proprietary agents, the Tenable scanning tool, access to the eSentire cloud portal, and Sumo log aggregation. In addition, the vendor will lease a dedicated network appliance as part of the solution. Services required encompass around-the-clock SOC monitoring, platform support, proactive threat hunting, detailed analysis, and incident remediation by skilled cybersecurity professionals. The objective is to safeguard data, infrastructure, and personnel from cyber threats throughout the duration of the contract.
