Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization seeks a vendor to provide an enterprise-wide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for phishing simulation and cybersecurity awareness training. The solution must encompass onboarding, implementation, ongoing maintenance support, and integration with existing systems. Key features include reporting dashboards, behavioral analytics, human-risk scoring, and administrative tools for cybersecurity operations, as well as role-based training tailored to positions such as executive, IT, and finance.
The proposed solution must support automated campaign scheduling and targeted simulations, with capabilities for simulating malicious QR codes, SMS-based attacks, and voice or AI-generated deepfake calls. Vendors must offer trend analysis, historical reporting, and facilitate data export to Power BI for further analysis. Additionally, regular lifecycle management of the solution is required, with timely maintenance and upgrade cycles covering major and minor releases, security patches, and ad-hoc fixes. The system should deliver realistic phishing simulations including link-based, attachment-based, and credential harvesting scenarios, and automatically schedule campaigns that are recurring, randomized, and risk-based.
