Required cyber security services include operating a staffed, continuous 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) for real-time monitoring and incident response; deployment of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools for event log aggregation and analysis; implementation of advanced endpoint protection with NextGen Antivirus and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions; managed intrusion detection for both internal and external infrastructure; ongoing vulnerability management through continuous scanning and remediation; and automated patch management for Microsoft operating systems and major third-party applications.

Additionally, the scope encompasses IT infrastructure consulting services such as architectural guidance, technology roadmap planning, technical implementation, ongoing support, and project management.
