DESCRIPTION

A government authority located in Fresno, California is seeking a vendor to provide customizable student readers printing and delivery services. This project involves developing, producing, and distributing Expository Reading and Writing Curriculum (ERWC) student materials, as well as related services to support participating schools and districts.

Key requirements include the printing and delivery of customizable student readers, and the development and management of an online ordering system for teachers. The system must enable teachers to input individual and school information, classroom student counts, and site contact details for summer delivery. An automated confirmation email should provide teachers with order receipt and estimated delivery timeline.

The ordering and printing process should support fully customizable readers, allowing the selection of full-length or mini-modules based on course needs, reducing unnecessary printing. There must be an option to include school, district, or grant partner logos on the materials’ covers at no additional cost, supporting site identity and uniformity.

Questions from prospective bidders must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
