DESCRIPTION


The agency seeks a vendor to provide customer survey services and an accompanying survey tool to support online research initiatives. During the implementation phase, the solution should facilitate nine online research projects, with the expectation of enabling twenty online research projects annually throughout the ongoing contract term, consisting of sixteen in-plan projects and four ad-hoc projects per year.

The survey tool will be used to collect insights from website visitors and the agency's Retailer Network via the B2B portal. Vendors must offer a device-agnostic survey interface suitable for smartphones, tablets, and desktops/laptops, supporting major operating platforms such as iOS and Android. An embedded universal HTML code (such as tag, pixel, or JavaScript snippet) must be provided for seamless integration.

The contract is designed for a two-year period. All vendor questions must be submitted by March 12, 2026.
