The selected vendor will provide consulting services focused on customer service solutions. The scope of work includes evaluating and executing options for upgrading the current on-premises implementation of Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), migrating to the Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) platform, or migrating to the Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) platform.
Vendors are expected to offer expertise in these Oracle platforms, assist in developing the migration or upgrade strategy, and provide guidance on best practices for seamless transition. An optional pre-response meeting will take place on April 22, 2026, to address project requirements and clarify any submission queries.
