DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to provide a customer relationship management (CRM) system for an institution in Missouri. The chosen firm will assist with the upgrade and revitalization of the current Slate admission system, ensuring the adoption of best practices and guiding both functional and technical staff through the process. The project also calls for the appropriate implementation of artificial intelligence features.

Additional requirements include enhancing the portal and user experience (UX), creating dashboards, optimizing for email and mobile platforms, and integrating the system with Banner, single sign-on (SSO), and Pathify.
