DESCRIPTION

An organization in Ontario, Canada, is requesting information for a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) system. The proposed solution should provide all core and standard CRM functionalities, support phased deployment from foundational CRM components through advanced workflows, analytics, and AI capabilities, and offer a robust knowledge base with integration options for existing knowledge repositories such as Confluence.

Key requirements include field service management, service order tracking, automatic tagging with retention categories, customizable workflows, workflow automation, and predictive routing. The system must integrate with various existing platforms and support development of integrations with API-enabled GIS, asset management, and work management platforms. Additional features should include geo-tagging, a customer portal for both inquiries and service requests (supporting both authenticated and unauthenticated users), self-service capabilities with AI chatbot or virtual agent support, automated security triggers, delegate functionality, and secure handling of Freedom of Information requests.

The CRM should enable jurisdiction ownership flagging and automated record reassignment, cross-organization visibility with permission controls, dashboards, custom reporting, and analytics. The web interface must be mobile-friendly and fully accessible for all users.
