An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system built on Microsoft Dynamics within its client tenant. The proposed solution should address the organization’s needs for managing volunteer, member, and donor engagement, with an emphasis on scalability and adaptability to support future growth.
The system must include centralised database management, process automation, and volunteer self-service capabilities. Key requirements also involve the coordination and oversight of local activities, streamlined engagement with both volunteers and donors, and support for data-driven decision making. The vendor will be responsible for configuring and customizing the CRM to fit the organization's workflows, migrating data from existing systems, and integrating the solution with current platforms.
Additional deliverables include preparation of reports and dashboards required for the system's Go-Live phase, conducting implementation and testing, and providing comprehensive staff training and user documentation. Ongoing technical support and regular system maintenance are also expected as part of the contract.
