The client is seeking a vendor to implement and configure the Technolutions Slate Advancement customer relationship management (CRM) system. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing configurations, providing guidance, and supporting both during and after the implementation process to ensure all functionality is fully tested. Key requirements include establishing a document management process to attach files to constituent records, setting up a centralized database where records for donors, alumni, friends, and organizations are consolidated for easy viewing, and providing a 360° constituent profile encompassing all interactions, contact info, giving history, and engagement activity.
Additional specifications include enabling mobile functionality allowing users to log notes into the CRM via a mobile application and configuring the solution for efficient searching, filtering, and sorting of constituent information. The staffing for the project must include a Project Manager, Engagement Manager, and Lead Consultant who will coordinate the overall project timeline, manage communications, and ensure deliverables meet expectations. The contract period is set for one year.
