A contract opportunity is available for a vendor specializing in the production of custom promotional items to support marketing, engagement, and recognition initiatives in New York. The selected vendor will provide a diverse range of high-quality branded merchandise, including apparel (shirts, hats, jackets, sweatshirts with options such as screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfers), stationery and office supplies (pens, notepads, portfolios, custom notebooks), bags and totes (reusable shopping bags, backpacks, messenger bags), drinkware (mugs, water bottles, tumblers), awards and recognition items (plaques, trophies, engraved awards), and various miscellaneous items like keychains, tech accessories, and lanyards.

Services required include design and artwork support—collaborating with provided digital assets and offering branding consultation. The vendor will also be responsible for providing prototypes or samples for approval prior to full production and managing all aspects of the manufacturing process. Strict quality assurance and control processes must be implemented to ensure that all items meet established specifications and standards. The anticipated contract period is five years, with all vendor inquiries to be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
