DESCRIPTION
A government authority located in Los Angeles, California, seeks a vendor to provide custom calendars printing services. The requirement includes two types of calendars:
Yearly calendars measuring 8.5" x 11" are to be printed on 110 index stock, double-sided in black ink. One side must display the current year with agency holidays, while the opposite side includes preceding and following years. These are to be packaged 25 per package.
Wall calendars are to display three months per page (past, current, and future) and measure 13" x 22". Each page should be branded with the agency at the top, feature unruled months, large easy-to-read numbers, and special color coding: the current month in white, Sundays and county holidays in red, past/future months shaded in dark blue/grey, and other days in black. The calendars must be metal bound with an eyelet for hanging, printed on 28# white bond, and supplied 100 per case.
