DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide a curricular software platform and learning management system (LMS) that seamlessly integrates with student information systems and third-party applications. The solution must offer robust content management tools, enabling course creators to share content across the institution within the LMS and tag materials by grade level, subject, standards, and resource type. The platform should support communication, collaboration, and community engagement by allowing users to share information about events and academic topics.

Key requirements include the ability to manually create courses and manage users, provide comprehensive usage analytics for both teachers and students, and deliver agency-specific parental accounts for viewing course content and communications. The LMS must support assessment, feedback, and efficient admin review of course content with feedback mechanisms. Mobile accessibility is crucial, with clear specification of any limitations, and changes to curriculum maps should be easily visible and accessible.

Security is critical, with multi-factor authentication (MFA), up-to-date application security, and encryption measures required. The system must be accessible on various devices and browsers, and technical support should be available via support desk, email, and phone at no additional charge throughout the one-year contract period.
