Applications must be received at least two months prior to an event's starting date.
Proposals for programming in 195 District Park are sought from March 1st, 2026 – March 30th, 2027.
Applications for events proposed for January 1st, 2027 – March 31st, 2027 must be received before 3:00 PM on December 30th, 2026.
Promotional materials must be received 30 days before the event date.
Grant payment will be processed at least 30 business days following the issuance of an event permit.

Vendors are sought to provide curators, programming, and art supplies to support park events and initiatives. A key requirement is that all print or digital marketing materials must feature the agency’s logo; digital logo files will be supplied upon request.
Promotional assets related to events must be shared with Park staff at least one month in advance. Additionally, any promotional materials identified in the marketing plan must be submitted 30 days before the event to allow for timely public distribution. Failure to provide required promotional materials may result in withholding of funds allocated for marketing as specified in the grant proposal.
