DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this RFP is to secure a vendor capable of developing a comprehensive culture of health and wellness strategic blueprint for a fire department. The selected provider will conduct in-depth research on evidence-based wellness practices, assess current wellness gaps within the organization, and engage with national and industry leaders to identify strategies relevant to fire service environments.
