Washington is seeking a robust grant management software solution to support its Cultural Access Program. The desired software should effectively manage the entire grant lifecycle, functioning as both an application portal and a communication hub between applicants and grant managers.
Key requirements include the ability to design, copy, and modify custom workflows, forms, and reports tailored to diverse grant types and cycles. Grant managers must have access to form data via customizable reports, with the functionality to merge information into contract and email templates. Automated email notifications, based on task completion or key dates, are essential, as is the capability for direct messaging and note-taking within applicant dashboards.
The software should provide secure access through single sign-on (SSO) using Azure Active Directory, with preferred support for SCIM provisioning or equivalent methods such as SAML. Multifactor authentication options for non-SSO accounts and configurable user roles to ensure least privilege access are required. Additional features must include logging of user access and security-related events, support for data migration and mapping from legacy systems, and a comprehensive information security program to safeguard city data.
