The goal of this initiative is to leverage device-based crowdsourced solutions and data to analyze and report on network usage, performance, and coverage. This will help in understanding service status, assessing the performance, and evaluating the overall quality of experience for public safety users.
The selected provider will furnish all necessary data, tools, software, support, and related materials required to deliver high-quality performance analytics, visualization, and reporting. The solution should encompass all resources and personnel necessary to fulfill the outlined objectives and ensure seamless execution in support of FirstNet Authority’s ongoing mission.
