DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide cross connection control surveys and management services as part of its Cross-Connection Compliance Program. The scope includes conducting surveys and site visits for all facilities—those not previously surveyed, current facilities, and any new facilities—ensuring ongoing management and monitoring of annual testing for backflow prevention assemblies across all locations.

The selected vendor will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive databases for facilities and cross-connection control records. In addition, the vendor must prepare detailed quarterly and annual management and cross-connection reports to support compliance and operational oversight. The contract is slated for a period of four years.
