The government authority in Saskatchewan seeks a vendor to provide Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Program Lead services. The appointed CISM Program Lead will be responsible for leadership, strategic direction, coordination, and ongoing development of the organization's CISM program, which aims to support responder psychological health and resilience.

Key responsibilities include providing operational oversight of CISM services, ensuring compliance with recognized CISM models, supporting peer teams and clinicians, and leading response planning, training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Program Lead will coordinate clinical liaison, referral pathways, peer team leadership, program review, quality assurance, reporting, and education activities. These efforts are targeted at stabilizing responders, reducing adverse outcomes, and facilitating access to timely support for those affected by critical or potentially traumatic incidents.

The contract will span one year, with all vendor questions required by April 29, 2026. This role is pivotal to ensuring high-quality, consistent CISM services across the organization, with strong collaboration expected among leadership, clinicians, peer teams, and external partners.
