DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide crisis response counseling services for students, including those in general education and those with disabilities. The provider will conduct assessments and interventions for individuals reported to be in imminent danger of self-harm or harm to others.
In addition to direct intervention, the awarded contractor will serve as a resource to students, parents, and school personnel during crisis situations. Emergency services must be delivered within twenty-four hours of the district's referral to address sudden situations that impact the safety of students or others. A written report containing an evaluation and safety plan must be submitted to the referring personnel within forty-eight hours of the initial referral.
