During crisis events, the consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, providing immediate support for urgent communications needs, drafting press releases and media statements, and offering guidance on messaging across digital platforms such as social media and agency websites. Additionally, the consultant will advise on media relations and best practices for handling press inquiries.

Post-crisis, the consultant will help guide reputation recovery efforts by recommending long-term strategies and supporting monitoring of public sentiment and media coverage, ensuring the agency is equipped to restore trust and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
