DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide specialist services in support of main street creative economy and cultural planning revitalization efforts in New Mexico. This includes delivering technical assistance aimed at developing the creative and cultural economies, establishing Arts & Cultural Districts, and supporting project-based initiatives.

Technical assistance will extend to development, visioning, policy creation, planning, and implementation for arts-focused businesses, cultural entrepreneurs, creative enterprises, and related industries. The scope of work also includes enhancing the unique visual character of downtowns by addressing all design elements, promoting and marketing a positive image based on the district's unique attributes, and strengthening existing economic assets to maximize the area's market potential.

Additionally, the specialist will help build consensus and foster strong partnerships by organizing stakeholders and supporting collaborative organizational efforts.
