The government authority in Alberta is seeking a vendor to provide creative contractor services to support and enhance the city's brand, communications, and public engagement initiatives. Required services include event, editorial, promotional, and environmental photography, as well as professional image editing, retouching, and formatting for both print and digital use.
Vendors will be responsible for delivering brand-aligned design for marketing materials, including brochures, reports, signage, infographics, advertising, and the layout and production of print and digital assets. Additional responsibilities include social media content planning and creative asset production, campaign concept development, copywriting for multiple platforms, and event management. The contract also entails filming, editing, and producing various video formats, such as promotional, informational, and event-based videos, as well as creating animated explainer videos and multimedia assets for public engagement.
Contractors are expected to plan and produce engaging, accessible, on-brand content across social media channels to support organizational goals and community outreach. The selected firm will translate ideas and information into compelling visual and written content tailored to diverse audiences. The contract period is set for three years, with all questions to be submitted by March 12, 2026.
