DESCRIPTION


The organization seeks partners to provide comprehensive creative, content development, and digital media strategy services. The selected partner will help establish a connected marketing ecosystem intended to increase regional visitation, elevate event promotion, and deliver measurable economic impact through annual, campaign-based, seasonal, and geographic strategies.

Responsibilities include developing and executing paid search, social media, programmatic, CTV/OTT, video, native, and audio campaigns across ESL-owned platforms. The scope also requires the integration of first-, third-party, and behavioral data, CRM and website behavior data, and utilization of AI-enabled tools for targeting and performance analysis.

The partner will collaborate with brand, creative, and website teams to translate brand positioning into a differentiated creative platform, produce digital and social assets, and create compelling video and visual storytelling. Strategic guidance and creative direction for ongoing photo and video production are expected, ensuring content is optimized for paid media, website, digital experience, social media, email, and partner channels.
