This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive creative and marketing services for a one-year contract period. Scope includes portrait, headshot, and event imagery creation, as well as modification of photos and videos—including substantial editorial alterations, likeness changes, and AI-enhanced media, which must be properly captioned.
The successful vendor will be responsible for creative design, concept development, website user research, planning, design, maintenance, and production. Services also comprise copywriting, proofreading, and copyediting, as well as visual and multimedia storytelling, motion graphics, animation, and graphic design.
Additional requirements include conducting qualitative and quantitative market research, strategy formulation, media buying and placement, experiential and event marketing, and designing and producing branding campaigns across print, out-of-home, broadcast, and digital media. Vendors will also be tasked with creating enrolment and direct response campaigns, and custom illustrations and graphics. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted no later than March 11, 2026.
