Creative and Human Design Services

A Texas-based organization seeks a vendor to deliver creative and human-centered design services supporting a wide range of projects. The selected vendor will lead business transformation initiatives using strategy-driven, human-focused design methodologies. Key responsibilities include assessing innovations for market desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility, as well as evaluating emerging technologies and their practical applications.

The vendor will be expected to prototype and simulate solutions, execute all aspects of project management, and provide marketing, communications, and copywriting services. Additional tasks involve developing both front-end and back-end websites with robust UI/UX capabilities, designing graphics, user interfaces, and spatial experiences, and creating comprehensive communications strategies. The scope also includes the development of design systems, style guides for brand consistency, service blueprints, and system-level design strategies.

Expertise in data visualization—especially for complex healthcare information—is required, along with the ability to apply iterative design methodologies. Integration of user experience and service design principles into physical environments is also a critical component of this opportunity.
