DESCRIPTION
The contracting agency is seeking a provider for creative advertising services to support both strategic information campaigns and ongoing brand awareness and revenue-driving initiatives. Services cover the entire advertising production process from concept development to final delivery of multimedia content, ensuring all materials align with the agency’s brand objectives and key performance indicators.
Vendors will be responsible for commissioning creative professionals, producing unique content for various campaigns, maintaining and advising on visual brand identity, and monitoring industry trends to provide strategic direction. Additional tasks include copywriting in Irish and other languages, ensuring accessibility for communications, pre-testing of concepts, and managing integrated campaigns across traditional, digital, mobile, and social media platforms.
The selected provider will also support responses to public and governmental queries about campaigns, provide ongoing communications advice, and ensure compliance with all relevant copyright and intellectual property requirements. The contract will span three years.
