DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a consultant to develop high-quality, practical, and context-appropriate learning materials for a specialized program focused on the economic evaluation of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) interventions. The consultant will design technically robust, learner-centered, and bilingual-ready course content for priority curriculum modules, ensuring alignment with an approved curriculum framework and learning outcomes.

The scope includes creating structured content packages, such as slide decks, lecture notes, facilitator guides, learner handouts, practical exercises, and suggested readings. Additionally, the developer will prepare worked examples, mini case studies, applied tasks relevant to AMR in African contexts, and comprehensive assessment materials, including quizzes, assignments, and case-based exercises with answer guides or marking rubrics. Participation in technical review meetings and revising materials based on feedback from Curriculum Leads, subject matter experts, and the learning design team will be required throughout the contract period, which is set to last one year.
