The issuing organization is seeking a counter-unmanned aerial system detection platform to support drone detection and situational awareness operations. The requested solution must provide a scalable, distributed data management and analytics environment capable of storing, indexing, and analyzing structured, unstructured, and semi-structured datasets associated with drone detection and sensor telemetry.
The platform is expected to include comprehensive metadata management and data cataloguing so records can be searched by time, source, sensor type, and geographic reference, while also supporting policy-driven filtering and selective data purging. It must offer secure distributed storage with redundancy, fault tolerance, and recovery from node or site failure. The solution must also support real-time data ingestion and transformation across multiple input formats, including data, text, image, and video files.
The system must include built-in analytics, machine learning, and visualization capabilities for both real-time and historical analysis of sensor and detection data. It should provide a user interface with customizable dashboards and reports based on role or mission needs, support standardized data definitions and schemas for governance and consistency, and include an open API framework for rapid development of mission-specific applications and analysis tools. The buyer reserves the right to conduct a thorough security review, including evaluation of AI integration, encryption, and other security controls. Questions are due by May 14, 2026, and the anticipated contract term is ten years.
