The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to identify sources able to provide Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software for training scheduling and resource management. The desired solution must support the planning, development, and management of both in-person and virtual training schedules.
Interested vendors are asked to submit a capability statement detailing the type of training provided for various aircraft, past contract experiences, SAM UEI number, and years in business. Additionally, vendors should describe the geographic area where training will be offered and their strategy for fulfilling the work requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement.
This market survey is intended to gather statements of interest and capability from a wide range of business types, including small businesses, 8(a) certified firms, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The information collected will help determine the nature of the competition for this future procurement.
