The government authority in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cost of service and revenue allocation services. The scope includes conducting a cost-of-service study, revenue allocation, and rate design, with particular focus on issues related to CEP and PIR riders. Vendors will be expected to identify, analyze, and develop technical recommendations related to these topics, providing support throughout the proceeding.
Technical assistance is required in preparing and responding to discovery, including drafting interrogatories, evaluating responses, attending and providing deposition testimony as needed, and assisting with responses to discovery requests from other parties. Further services include reviewing Staff Reports, supporting testimony, and preparing objections or responses regarding cost-of-service, revenue allocation, and rate design issues. Post-hearing technical support is also required, such as preparing briefs, evaluating issues for rehearing or appeals, and providing expertise on related matters.
