DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cost of service and revenue allocation services. The scope includes conducting a cost-of-service study, revenue allocation, and rate design, with particular focus on issues related to CEP and PIR riders.
