The government authority in Big Spring, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive cost allocation plan services. The selected contractor will be responsible for structuring the cost allocation plan upon receiving financial and statistical data, reviewing data gathering procedures, defining appropriate allocation bases, conducting technical reviews and computer processing, negotiating and securing approval for the plan, and providing ongoing consultation as required.
The scope of work includes completion of all data requests and required fieldwork prior to September 30th for each contract year. Contractors are expected to deliver draft reports to allow feedback before finalizing the cost allocation plan, which will be based on budgeted costs for fiscal years 2026 through 2029. Final documents must be provided in both electronic and printed formats. The initial contract period is one year.
