DESCRIPTION

The client is seeking a vendor to provide an integration solution for COS-Web, the online telecom ordering and fulfillment platform used for order entry and workflow processes by agencies, cities, counties, and other cooperative purchasing entities. Historically, COS-Web has depended on Helix as its data repository.

Key functions of COS-Web include ordering and fulfillment, procurement of Circuit RFQs, exporting customer records for billing, inventory management, customer and account management, management of product codes and rates, a customer invoice portal, and data extracts for billing. The system also supports an IT Rates Website, which populates content via SQL database calls to COS-Web, and integrates with Mobius View (Rocket) as a bridge application for secure user connections to customer invoice files. A central data warehouse pulls necessary data from COS-Web.

The sought-after solution should enable seamless and effective integration of these core functions, optimizing data workflows and ensuring reliable connection to external applications and databases. The selected vendor will be required to demonstrate experience in system integrations, particularly involving telecom procurement and fulfillment platforms.
