DESCRIPTION
This RFP requests vendor support to provide maintenance renewal services for Corticon, a Business Rules Management System that assists with automating decision-making processes in enrolment applications. The selected vendor will be responsible for diagnosing and reporting bugs that are found in Progress products or associated Progress code, as well as diagnosing bugs in user-created files and source code generated using Progress products. The customer is expected to isolate the issue to reproducible files or code samples prior to vendor investigation.
The contract period will be for one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to be held on April 9, 2026 to address vendor inquiries and clarify requirements.
