DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Ann Arbor, Michigan seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive correctional food and meal services for both staff and individuals incarcerated within the facility. Services include meal provision for people who are incarcerated, correctional staff meals, commissary services, and ordering all supplies necessary for food service operations.
The vendor will also be responsible for implementing food preparation programming and educational initiatives for incarcerated workers as well as providing special event catering. Ensuring the availability of a diverse and culturally inclusive food product selection is required. Education and training components are expected to be incorporated to benefit incarcerated workers.
