This construction opportunity seeks a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration's VETCERT program, to correct FCA deficiencies in a chiller plant. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to complete the corrections as specified in the Statement of Work, associated drawings, and specifications.
The procurement will be conducted according to procedures outlined in FAR Part 36 & 14. Detailed requirements, including the complete scope of work and related documents, will be provided in the solicitation. Interested SDVOSB firms are encouraged to review the solicitation carefully upon its release for instructions about site visits, submission deadlines, and procedures for submitting questions. Participation in an organized site visit is strongly encouraged for all bidders and their subcontractors to fully understand the project requirements.
